This house is absolutely spectacular. When our 14 year old daughter walked up the stairs and saw the home she just teared up and hugged us—that says more than words I can write here. The home was perfect—walkable to the beach and restaurants (though the hill kept us in shape!). Kitchen was modern, pool was perfection and being able to shower outside but in privacy among the treetops was the best. Host was easily accessible via text, and apparently lives in the lower level but never felt like we were in each others’ space. I would not hesitate to come back, and I meant it when I told Patricia when we were leaving—if the owners ever want to sell, we want to buy!!!! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise.

Vila super. Maximální privát. A prost? ten výhled a blízkost pláže je super. Rozhodn? bychom jeli znovu Parkování trošku masakr - musíte dávat ultra pozor.

Mention toute particulière pour Lea et son compagnon qui nous ont accueilli avec une très grande gentillesse dans une maison d’une propreté remarquable je recommande sans hésitation. Bravo à tous.

Pour faire bref : Splendide. Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits en famille pour les fêtes de Noël et nous le regrettons absolument pas ! Thierry est une personne très agréable et disponible. A recommander sans aucune hésitation.

This is a lovely villa, breezy, bright, and open, with an unparalleled view out over the ocean (you can see Montserrat on a clear day -- which is most days!). Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of hot water, comfortable sofas and beds, good internet. The pool, integrated into the main floor plan, is too small for a real swim but was pleasant for a quick dip. We loved being able to walk to la Plage de Perle, and used a car only for shopping (in Ste-Rose, a 10-min drive) or to go to Deshaies for dinner (also 10 minutes). The biggest challenge is the very steep drive up to the house, but after you've done it once or twice it's not a big deal. We had a few things that needed repairing while we were there, and Thierry was immediately responsive and effective.
